【預(yù)期用途】
本產(chǎn)品僅供科研使用,主要用于測定大鼠血清、血漿或細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中全段甲狀旁腺激素(PTH)。

1.靈敏度
本試劑盒的靈敏度是1.6pg/mL(重復(fù)檢測0pg/mL標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品20次所得結(jié)果,置信度95%)。
2.精密度
批內(nèi)差:分別對兩個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行單獨(dú)檢測,每個(gè)樣本20份。

【樣本要求】
選用血清、血漿或細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基作為測定大鼠全段PTH濃度的樣本。所需樣本量為50μL,要求雙份檢測。若要選用血清作為樣本,應(yīng)將采集到的血液于室溫下凝結(jié)后分離。離心分離相應(yīng)樣本可得到血清、血漿或不含細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)基。 樣本收集后應(yīng)立即檢測,或于-20oC下冷凍保藏備用。避免反復(fù)凍融。
鑒于使用麻醉劑可引起血清或血漿中PTH濃度顯著上升,因此要求在科研中所采用的樣本收集方式必須一致。
